Bad service
I used the pick n pay asap app to order somethings I needed....did I not get yogurts that expire next week,now am I supposed to force my daughter to eat all those yogurts before next week.Pick n pay please come and fix your mess.

Payment recall for 3 months and still counting
You can forget about ever getting your money back from standard bank because it's been 3 months waiting for my payment recall and I have dozens of emails from them. I have dealt with different consultants just for my payment recall to be captured and my money return, how convenient for you standard bank.

Standard Bank bad service
This is my second review with standard bank because clearly system for payment recall is useless, as we speak no communication has been made to return my money. Now I can definitely say standard bank customer service is a zero

Unhappy customer
I app**** for payment recall on the 7th of May 2024 and later called the customer care for further assistance since I was not getting any feedback, I got feedback but the documents they requested was wrong at that time the 40 days given to claim is approaching.Now I have sent another request as the customer care agent suggested but still no feedback from anyone.
