Unacceptable Service and Ongoing Issues with MTN Contract Cancellation
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling customer care service I have received from MTN. For weeks now, I have been attempting to cancel my MTN contract, and each interaction with your service team has been nothing short of frustrating and infuriating. Despite multiple calls, emails, and requests for assistance, I have been met with empty promises and excuses. Your team’s inability – or apparent unwillingness – to address this straightforward request has left me feeling ignored and powerless, trapped in a contract I no longer wish to maintain. I have received no clarity, no support, and absolutely no helpful guidance on the steps I need to take to conclude this matter. Each interaction feels like an exercise in futility, as I am repeatedly transferred, put on hold for excessive periods, and given irrelevant or conflicting information. This is far below the standard of customer service one should expect from a provider of MTN’s stature, and I am astounded at the disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated throughout this ordeal. I am not asking for much – only that you respect my right as a consumer to discontinue a service that I no longer find satisfactory. I demand that my contract be canceled immediately, with no further obstructions, fees, or delays. I also expect to receive written confirmation of this cancellation within five business days, along with a statement indicating that no additional charges will be incurred. Please note that if this issue is not resolved swiftly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer rights authorities and take any necessary action to ensure my rights are protected. I expect a prompt response and effective resolution to this matter. Your handling of this issue has already been more time-consuming and distressing than any customer should have to endure.

I wanted to upgrade my LTE package to UNLIMTED SPEED. In their description "INFINITE" "UNCAPPED" But the fxcking idiots don't know the Upload and Download speed of the "UNLIMTED SPEED" Aswell the FUP is 1.5TB thats not UNCAPPED MOTHER FXCKERS
