After paying our child's registration last year and communication with the admin staff we are now told that the school is full and our child cannot return. We have been sent from pillar to post by all admin staff and no one seems to take accountability and assist with our child's placement. This is really frustrating as we have trusted this school for years but now all that trust is down the drain
I've been with Capfin for a while now. I informed their consultants as well as their credit insurance that I've been unemployed since last year November. I've been making payments until last month and have no way of making any payments due to unemployment. I've tried claiming from the insurance by submitting my details for a call back so we can start the claim but either their consultants drop the call or their insurance consultants do not get back to me yet I keep receiving smses that the non payment with affect my credit score. Their service is pathetic and I regret ever taking up credit with them.
