Banks treat the clients they actually make money off, terrible
Tyme bank is just like all the other big banks and just making money of people!! After a standard bank atm didn’t dispense my last money I phoned both banks to assist with the problem. It will take 35 days to get my money back and nothing they can do to help or expedite the process. It was my last R900 so now I don’t have money to buy food for my kids. And the standard answer is sorry we can’t do anything for you. So my money got swallowed by the banks faulty atm and now it’s my problem how I survive, and nobody can or is willing to assist because the staff is trained like parrots just reading a script. But yet the banks are keeping our money, making money out of us and using our money to profit. I for one will start looking for alternative solutions where I rather control my own money instead of using a bank.

Public Warning!!!
I Rented a house in Eye of Africa from February 2023 - 2024 a one year contract. My first payment included two months upfront and the deposit amount, we had a few issues like water being cut of and a few things not working in the house but for most part nothing that couldn't be handled. On completion of our rental term the property was inspected, and nothing was found that needed to be fixed. I have messaged the agent Christina Lemmon and her associate Kieran multiple times, and I have been extremely patient, but up to date have not received my deposit back after four months. After my experience I think its valid to call this company and its employees a bunch of charlatans and ******* steeling people's deposits on purpose. I cannot come to any other alternative conclusions, as I don't think that they forgot to pay it back, didn't get my message, or anything better to excuse their behaviour. I would just like to warn the public about this company if they are in the market to rent a house that they steel deposits!!! Kind Regards Rudi Stoltz
