Today the 01 Sep. My niece was handing over keys to the apartment she just moved out of at Glenvista. She asked me to accompany her there because the agent and her husband had been harassing her ever since she mentioned she was moving out. To say the least we were threatened to an extend that the agents husband wanted to bash me coz I told him to watch his tone. They are so rude it's no joke!! I personally want nothing to do with this agency because of this horrible experience.

We were renting a property from Remax Superior - Sonja Britz. Our landlord was in breach of the lease and now that we have moved they are refusing to refund our deposit stating that we are in breach. The landlord starting digging trenches on the property. No where in our lease does it state that the will be subdividing the property. It only stated that the property is up for sale. He even gained access by jumping over the wall when we were not there. We need urgent assistance

I Rented a house in Eye of Africa from February 2023 - 2024 a one year contract. My first payment included two months upfront and the deposit amount, we had a few issues like water being cut of and a few things not working in the house but for most part nothing that couldn't be handled. On completion of our rental term the property was inspected, and nothing was found that needed to be fixed. I have messaged the agent Christina Lemmon and her associate Kieran multiple times, and I have been extremely patient, but up to date have not received my deposit back after four months. After my experience I think its valid to call this company and its employees a bunch of charlatans and ******* steeling people's deposits on purpose. I cannot come to any other alternative conclusions, as I don't think that they forgot to pay it back, didn't get my message, or anything better to excuse their behaviour. I would just like to warn the public about this company if they are in the market to rent a house that they steel deposits!!! Kind Regards Rudi Stoltz

Good day On the 14th August I went to view a property with one of your consultants Tevin Barca and the following day early in the morning 15th August I then told him I am interested in the property because he did not mention anything about a back up offer or a pending offer. His communication skills were poor because I has to chase after him to even get the OTP which I finally received on Tuesday the 18th. I then applied for a bond grant through Absa on Thursday the 20th. On the 25th I received a partial bond grant and I informed Tevin about this. On the 26th I called to also inform him that an evaluator will be in contact with him. My bank also told me theres a backlog on their side due to the current Pandemic we are facing. Tevin was so vague about all this as if he didn’t need the sale or like he didn’t want me to have this property. I even called his office on the 17th and asked to speak to the manager because of his lack of cooperation. Today Tevin sends me a message ( didn’t have the audacity to call me to explain either) that unfortunately I have lost the offer to someone because their bond has been approved and only today he tells me about the Competing offer clause. The OTP he sent through was not even clear as he took pictures with his phone ( his treatment was unacceptable) and he did not have it in him to clarify the Competing offer clause nor inform me that theres a Competing offer on the table though I was in contact with him during this week. He didn’t even try and encourage me to push the matter with my bank. How is it my fault that my bank has a backlog? I was not even given a time frame on the expiry date of the OTP Im really extremely disappointed with all this and shattered too because why was an offer accepted whereby I have already signed an OTP and sent it through to my bank. Please assist in resolving this matter because I believe I was unfairly treated because something doesn’t add up here. I have proof on my phone of the messages, number of outgoin calls to the agent
