Blue Label Data Solutions utilise personal information and contact details to disclose to various institutions. Such as MiWayLife, who contacted me and states that its warm leads, instead of cold calling. Both parties breaches the POPI Act and MiWayLife makes multiple calls to my mobile to obtain personal information and wishing to sell insurance to me!
I wish to share my frustration about RCS who manages the Edgars Retail Group. The lack of service we obtain from RCS is extremely poor, as in the customers does not amount to much. Please note your annual service fee increase is applicable from April & service fees are payable on all debit and credit balances. This is the notification that is placed in the monthly letter that they charge annual service fees, whether debit or credit balances. This is clearly a ******* as Edgars never operated in this manner. My account will be closed as RCS as I will report this institution to the Ombudsman, until this matter is settled.
Good day I have requested the statement of accounts for both accounts issued in my name, on numerous occasions. Why was this not picked up by M-Sure and I had to bring it to their attention. Now, I have requested to obtain statements of both accounts issued in my name (duplicated) and the individual states, yes I will receive my reimbur*****t, but no transparency to date. What is the status as my account was debited twice for a long duration and now there is no transparency in terms of the account handling. Regards
