Unreliable Company I app**** for debt review removal everything went well they kept on engaging with me up until I finished up with the payment then they became Silent I sent countless mail i was sent an affidavit to sign at the police station which state the place where the court would be held I was then told to drop it or courier it then I should call Thandi Madi then they will update me with way forward I couriered the documents I got a call told on monday the 2nd I will get a feed back from them Ever since I haven't got any way forward from them no one @Katlego, Amanda and Thandi answers my call nor responds to my mails I am not asking for a refund because i know i won't get it it will be just a waste of time to follow on that with them. I just wish they would be helpful to people who need help not just to make people fools with money they work for.
Poor service I received from Russells Bapong and together with the customer service helpline, I bought a Hisense fridge in July 2024 it was working fine until end of November where to top part was no longer functioning then in December I laid a complain to the sales rep who assisted me buying the fridge and week passed by no phone no respond, and I had to engage again with the sales rep I was told to contact head office I laid a complain and when they checked on the system they told my fridge was collect for repairs and it will be returned within two days while the fridge was with me all along, I then laid as complain they told me they will speak to the manufacture then a gentleman came to check the fridge on the 20th of Jan and he told us the reference of the fridge seems as if it was bought from a Pakistan shop and he told us the gas was finished he then fixed it on the same day over night the fridge was hot on the outside and had a loud sound the n the following day it stopped working completely, I laid a complain they made a ticket and was told to wait for 30 days for it up to this day no response I had to call them today I was told that they just laid a complaint on behalf since there was no response from both supplier and the store and I have to wait for 72 hours to get assisted, now it has been about 3 months with an item I bought that I'm still paying for but it's not working at all, I no longer need it anymore they can just come take their useless fridge and cancel my contract imagine the whole 3 months lost food due to it and I can't even buy anything to store in it.
The most horrific company to trust I have requested a termination of contract within 31 days period up to so far, no response from them especially Arnold Kaziboni he is the worst when coming to assist people always ignores emails and phone calls this company is quick to sign in but fails to assist people to cancel their contracts all they want is to take your money away.
Their consultants are always friendly and understanding and they offer a better service, making sure that you understand what you getting on their comprehensive benefits I have been with prime before and without a doubt I'm still choosing it once again👌🏽
Been with them for over 7 months got involved in an accident on the 25th October my car was a write off, my claim was approved today I'm really much happy with the service I got from them Thanks to Noluthando Mo***eng for helping me get the cover.
