Please tell me what exactly is going with the network, because I have never had internet since I activated this bundle. I was told that my area is impacted but surprisingly my neighbours has never encountered the same issue I have. Can you get a technician to come sort out this issue. So we need to beg you guys for internet as if we did not pay for it.
The customer service we receive on WhatsApp it’s extremely horrible, with the high unemployment rate that we have in South Africa they don’t value and take their jobs seriously. I have been on chats with Gloria, Happy and Ntokozo, all I can say is that they don’t deserve those Jobs. What must one do to enjoy the services they have paid for. Can this ZF000D0Q6 be resolved ASAP
It’s been 11 days without internet connection, I was told that a technician will come and restore the connection. I now believe that those technicians are coming from heaven. What a bad customer experience, I want to be reimbursed my money because I paid for the service I am not receiving.
I am so dissatisfied with the service I am getting from your WhatsApp, all the consultants I spoke to are *********** Naila, Fatima and Zandile. I reported a problem of not internet connection since Tuesday, and the answer I am getting is that they logged a ticket with the support team then they close the chat. None of them provided me with the turnaround time. But they are preaching about that this is still within SLA but you don’t keep me updated in the interim. I paid for the full monthly services but I have to buy data with my own money. Tell me who is going to reimburse me? I was told that “we cannot guarantee you that there won’t be internet interruptions”, why was that not mentioned when you sold me your product? Can this thing be sorted out ASAP
I made a online order on 08/01/2025 and the status of this order has been on processing till today no update. I enquired about the order on live chat and I was given an email address to send my request, till today there is no respond. I then called this morning and I was told that the person working with online orders starts working at 9am. I then called at 9:30 they told me that the lady is busy on a call , they will contact me back. I just want this order to be cancelled and get my refund, I am so disappointed with the service I am receiving from this store. I order from takealot yesterday and my order is already out for delivery PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND ME. ORDER NUMBER #27568
The service I am getting from this company is horrible. I got my connection on the 04/07/2024 but I can only connected in the room where the router is installed, immediately if I move to the next room it disconnects. I am still waiting for a call from the installation team to come and assist , I wonder if they reside in heaven.
I subscribed on 22 June 2024 and I got installation on 24 June and I was left without connection. I did a follow up on WhatsApp, sent serval emails , I have been calling every day and holding for more than 20 minutes. Out of all the platforms i have used to contact Zoom fibre I have never received any help what a pathetic service I am getting. All I want now is my money back just come and collect that display in my house. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD
