I recently made an online purchase, made payment and later the order was canceled, tried to send whatsapp was told they will respond soon and nothing. Emailed the sales team still no respond, went to their Facebook account and nothing. Their services are very bad and no attention when it comes to complaints especially since am in need of the bag for my son and that was my last money spend trying to invest in my child's education I am really disappointed.

I made a online order on 08/01/2025 and the status of this order has been on processing till today no update. I enquired about the order on live chat and I was given an email address to send my request, till today there is no respond. I then called this morning and I was told that the person working with online orders starts working at 9am. I then called at 9:30 they told me that the lady is busy on a call , they will contact me back. I just want this order to be cancelled and get my refund, I am so disappointed with the service I am receiving from this store. I order from takealot yesterday and my order is already out for delivery PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND ME. ORDER NUMBER #27568

I bought a boomerang XL bag earlier on in the year. While service level is excellent when placing an order, sadly the same can’t be said for a complainant. I’ve laid a complaint 3 times on their website, with no luck. My daughter has used this school bag for less than 7 months of the year. Each term she closes for 1 month. It’s not even a year later and I must replace the bag. It looks as it’s 5 years old. What is the recourse here?

I am worried that i might have been ****med. I made a payment on Friday 15/09/2023 and emailed them the proof of payment but since then i have not received anything from them, they dont respond to my chats, when i call i am being told that the person working with online orders is not at her desk since 9:30am. I do not want to believe that i have been ****med as this looks like a legit big company however i will never buy anything from them anymore. I will give then at least 7 days to respond and after i will go open a case against them. We are tired of being ****med by companies for our hard earned money.

1. Their service was bad from day 1, my husband went there and he called me while he was in the shop and i asked him few thing he could not answer when she tried to connect me with the sales lady that was available there she rudely told him that she does not speak over customers phone., then why did she not allow him to put me on a loud speaker or even call me back using the their phone? 2. My husband paid for the Cadii anyway, then they said their delivery turnaround time is 7 to 10 days, the 10 days passed and my husband called, he was told that the person that deals with the issue of deliveries is still out as soon as they are back they will get back to him, guess what? they never get back to him. 3. The following day i put a comment on one of their facebook posts and they said i should send them the order details, i did via their DM and that when they called back my husband unapologetic and rude to say the Cadii is ready it will be delivered the next monday and they have been trying to get hold of him without luck, what a lie! My husband quickly went to collect it because we where even skeptical that they will deliver because of their bad unapologetic attitude over the phone.

Wow I'm so impressed with Linka's service. She always called back when she said she would.
