Online order

I made a online order on 08/01/2025 and the status of this order has been on processing till today no update.

I enquired about the order on live chat and I was given an email address to send my request, till today there is no respond.

I then called this morning and I was told that the person working with online orders starts working at 9am.

I then called at 9:30 they told me that the lady is busy on a call , they will contact me back.

I just want this order to be cancelled and get my refund, I am so disappointed with the service I am receiving from this store. I order from takealot yesterday and my order is already out for delivery
