I would just to comment your client care consultant Chumica. She went above and beyond to sort out an invoicing issue and got my entire claim paid. This is the service I would we could get across all discovery services. Thank you once again

I bought a boomerang XL bag earlier on in the year. While service level is excellent when placing an order, sadly the same can’t be said for a complainant. I’ve laid a complaint 3 times on their website, with no luck. My daughter has used this school bag for less than 7 months of the year. Each term she closes for 1 month. It’s not even a year later and I must replace the bag. It looks as it’s 5 years old. What is the recourse here?

If I knew what I knew now about discovery Insure I would have never ever moved from outsurance. I had a collusion on the 24 July. Today is the 5th August, you can’t sort out the car hire added on my policy. My car still has not be been booked in repairs. Your team leaders have no accountability. Your designated service provider provides even worse service, I left messages to be called back to schedule to book my car ok.

I sent an enquiry to be quoted on comprehensive car insurance, and I was called back rather quickly. What took me by surprise was the way in which your sales consultant convinced me not to take the policy with your company and rather stay with my current insurer. I felt so bul****, and like my possible sale wasn’t worth your sales consultants time. I’m appalled how a sales consultant tells you straight up your waisting your time with this quote, and telling me I won’t get better than what I’m paying for. Isn’t that my decision to make I do hope this call gets listened to by your QA and compliance department. This is definitely not TCF. I would like feedback on the way in which your sales consultant handled this call.
I had a surprise appointment for a massage and a pedicure at Sorbet the Glen. . The gel has already come off.. not even a week. As for the massage, I asked the the****** for the pressure to be hard, felt like I was being tickled. The eyebrow waxing left little sores on my eyebrows. What was meant to be a special day was actually such a disappointment.
I would just like to commend the staff at crazy store in lambton. The service is absolutely amazing and the staff always have a smile on their faces and are willing to go the extra mile
