Horrible service
Logged a ticket on the 27th of April '26, for my router restarting every few minutes, making it impossible to do anything online, received mo response, I followed up on the 29th, nothing, then again this morning 4 May. lady tells me, she can see on system that my router keeps restarting, and my ticket has been sitting with technical team, with no one doing anything about it. Soon as I reach 12 months, I'm canceling and returning their stuff.

I went to standard bank's Rosebank mall branch on the 20th of June 2024 , to open a bank account only, informing the consultant that I shop at Makro a lot and would like to accumulate Ucount rewards, account was opened, the next day i got a notification that a credit query had been made on my name by standard bank. went back to the branch, the consultant and team leader looked at my stuff, and said they did nothing wrong, i sent a complaint to their complaints department, and with over a week's communication, they say, they cant do anything about it, they cant fix the wrong they did, i must contact the credit bureaus myself. the experience was honestly horrible!
