If you want an e-sim for an Apple Watch, please DO NOT go to MTN. I have been struggling for more than two months and they have now said they can’t do it due to internal problems and they cannot provide a date by which it will be working. Allegedly they broke something on the back end when they did a system upgrade. But the best is I have been paying for it! And even though I am paying for a service they cannot provide they won’t let me out of the contract. So they can commit breach of contract but they want to keep me to the contract?! So yeah, apparently I have to pay for the full 24 months but I have indication if they watch will ever work.
Disgraceful company, they reflect your monthly water consumption as below average (in my case it has been a shocking 0 consumption for the month) then the next month they charge the consumption for both months. But now as it is a higher amount for both months, they can charge the water at a higher rate. Almost R1500 price difference to what it should have been. Oh and don’t try and contact them, you are wasting your time. Neither the accounts@Voltano or the Western Cape accounts mail rhoshe.p@Voltano bothers to respond. I wonder how many people just pay the higher tariff without realising what they are doing.
