Been with Jenny for a while, years. I had to relocate from Mpumalanga to KZN about 50Km in total. My equipment is the same that I had use over the period in Mpu, now in KZN is shows connected without internet. Since they installed it 99% of the time it is of line. Download speed if it is on and your lucky @ just under 1M and upload 0.3. The what's app advise 🤔 assist in a short time updating ticket numbers, we'll i just gave up on Jenny internet as I am a low income to them and receiving no tech to resolve my issue. As a paramedic I make use of what's app group's to communicate with clients and those in emergencies, had to get a pocket router to manage while trying to sort the issue. So yes been paying my monthly subscription and only receiving advise that didn't help me at all. The Tech will phone and will come .... ja ne lol never. Get new tenders for your installation and repairs contractors, make sure they are clients orientation and professional please. This is not the Jenny I know and are so disappointed 😔
