Worst service ever
I placed an order on the 23rd November. The order has been on "packing your order since then. It was expected to be delivered on the 26 Novemberm now it says to be confirmed. I tried sending them emails and calling them but no reply. Im so dissappointed. The items were for a birthday party on the 1st of December. How do i cancel an order that is still not packed?

Good service
Thank you so much for stuff of Ritsako. The woman we spoke to on the phone was very helpful, friendly and very patient with us because we didn't know the direction. Upon our arrival, the place is beautiful and clean, the waiter who was assisting us on the 29June 2024(3 ladies and a boy child) (forgot to take his name), that guy was very friendly and very assisting, this guy and the stuff as a whole deserves their flowers

Bad service
I took kingprice insurance last year November, now in June i wanted to make a review because the premium is not going down. To my surprise, the lady who was assisting me noticed that the daytime address was spelt wrong, she changed it and instead of the premium to go down, she increased the premium. I tried to explain that the person who sold me the insurance is the one who wrote it wrong, he was white, and struggling with the pronunciation, she didn't wanna take it, she changed the address and the premium went up. I'm so disappointed at kingprice and as we speak, I'm looking for another insurance
