I called the Grandmark International Cape Town branch today and was holding on for 15min i then decided to call TEKNOSA to order stock. There sales office is really pathetic. I will rather order parts from TEKNOSA very good sales service. Grandmark you need to buff up your telesales people.

Don't ever use Peter Stuurman as a estate attorney for your decease family members estate, he does not pay out your inheritance/estate money if he does it's half only, once the deal is done he runs away, ducking and diving his never available, off sick or his in the Northern Cape. My mom's estate was done 2 years ago 2022 he only paid me half till today he refuses to pay me the other half, I have ever since been emailing and messaging him but to no rely. His offices is in Bellville he trades under D. A BARNES & ASSOCIATES but they say they have no ties with him his just using them as a ***** name to trade under because I have called them too, his address/office is at First floor Leisure building 11 Robert Sobukwe road Bellville. This guy is a **** and a ****mer be careful. The LPC and Umbus is looking for him there are a few complaints/cases lodged against him at the LPC and Ombus law offices in Cape Town. So please please people be careful for this PETER STUURMAN ATTORNEY #*****erater/*****

Disappointed and disgusted in takealot delivery service.
1 star is still to much of I could I would give no stars I would, as I am disappointed amd disgusted in takealots delivery team, my delivery was scheduled for Monday 2nd December 2024 I got a message saying that my stuff was sent to the wrong courier facil but it was delivered to the brackenfell depot which is the area it had to be delivered, the delivery team then sent another message yesterday 2nd December 2024 that my stuff will be delivers the 3rd December 2024, but got a another message on the 3rd December 2024 at 5.31am saying the same thing and that they will reschedule again. I am disgusted and disappointed with the delivery service of takealot, they need to give better reasons why and stop rescheduling deliveries and do there jobs properly and not commit to a schedule if they can't deliver.

This 5 star rating is for Fareed, his always available when needed. I will always be greatful that he assisted me so well and that his always willing to go the extra mile. Well done Fareed keep up the good work and I hope you get promoted to a managers position coz u belong and deserve it. I would recommend him to anyone that has any problems or needs a issue to be sorted. Keep on doing what u doing hard work pays off. Thanks champ.......
