Syntell private utilities sucks
I'm renting and apparently the electric board that i have in my room. happens to be registered with syntell private utilities,of which I don't think but find it strange that their Kwh are not satisfying,n they really finish really fast,I mean you buy 50 bucks electricity but get 9.3 units how messed up is that,we living in location for Pete sakes,like what's the use of this

The poor service I got
I bought a bed from the above store early this year,n before it reaches 3 months,I laid a complaint about it from the store,I even sent the email to the head office because I didn't get the help I needed...so head office did some follow up,investigated,apparently their suppliers is the Medi➕️ spine company,saying their beds are comfortable n best of quality, but that Is not what I experienced, because,before I bought that bed I tested it n it was okay,it was what I wanted,but what was delivered to it was a total different thing,so the headoffice complained to them,n they communicated telephonicaly,asked for videos and pictures of the bed,n their findings were that the bed is in perfect shape, said the. Supplier of beds,but the sales person sould see and hear that what ever that I was complaint about was true,n they told me that there is nothing that they can do as long as the supplier of beds is saying that the bed is in good shape so my complaint was closed,n quite frankly I didn't laybuy that bed or buy it on installment I bought it cash on first hand.. .even now the bed is like I bought it ages ago,so that didn't. Sit well with me,because no solution was given,....[THE BED MAKES LOT OF NOISE,ON THE SIDES IS SACKING, IN THE CENTER ALSO SACKING,THE FABRIC COVERING IT IT LOOKS OLD N TEARING] I am really not happy
