Sadly, this company simply allows their employees to add VAS services to one's Vodacom account without one's consent. I consider this practice *********.
I tried to purchase something but could not simply pay with my credit card and abandoned the transaction. I received an email asking why I abandoned the purchase, so I told them that they have a pathetic payment system as I could not simply pay with my credit card. I then received an email response from Peter, a co-finder telling me that I was rude and, 'If you can’t figure these out then you must shop elsewhere.' now that is what I call rude. He could have simply asked - how he could we assist you with the payment. No wonder the question from Nifty Gifts 'Each week we get hundreds of orders and even more abandoned carts. I would love to find out more about what stopped your buying journey and how we can improve things in the future. If you can spare a moment to give me some feedback then go ahead and just hit reply to this email.' Which I did and I answered the question asked, and yes, with frustration and nothing bought.
Worst service ever. I made six calls to obtain a quote for 5L synthetic oil on 04/072024. Sadly the phone just rang at the parts department. After the four attempts I requested to speak to the dealer principal, guess what, just rang on both attempts. I eventually logged an official complaint with Mercedes customer care. They are just as pathetic. Eventually purchased the oil elsewhere. I shall not recommend doing any purchases with them. If you are desperate, I ask for Lance only. Sadly Lance was on leave when I called.They don't even deserve a one star rating. There should be an option for zero.
