I am extremely disappointed with this insurance service
I am extremely disappointed with this insurance service. They deducted money from my account every month without any issues, but now that I need to claim, they are refusing to assist me because my phone was previously insured with Vodacom. This was never clearly explained when I joined. It feels unfair to take payments for months and then reject a valid claim when support is needed most. Very poor service and communication.1 reply
