Bad experience with Leroy Merlin
Had a not-so-good experience with Leroy Merlin Little Falls this week, I spent a day and a half confirming an order and arranging for a courier to pick up the order with them. Then on the day, the courier company went to pick it up the driver was sent back twice and spoken to very rudely. At a stage I spoke to a lady from their online assistance to confirm that everything was right, She spoke to the Little Falls branch and confirmed to me that the driver was there and they were going to hand it over. Just to hear later it did not happen, A lady from Little Falls even phoned me via cell and spoke rudely to me as well as said the order was cancelled! I explained there was a second order and gave the order number - she put the phone down in my ear and sent the driver away. I had to call the JKJ branch in Joburg and plead with them to go back again - which they did! They can learn from JKJ Express what is client service!

Excellent service!
Appreciation to the branch in Polokwane and the branch in Johannesburg. In particular, Celeste from Polokwane and Jimmy and the driver from Johannesburg. To be sent back twice and treated rudely by the Leroy Merlin office in Little Falls and still go back a 3rd time is service! To keep following up and give feed back is not something you see every day! WOW! Can only recommend this courier! Wim from Polokwane

Great service and a great price!
We have been doing business with them for more than a decade. We can only testify to great service and great support. I have seen some people giving bad report regarding the owner, can only say that our exeperince has been good! Yes, Erik is a unique person, but most of our communication has been good. We have learned not to try and phone him for every nitty-gritty thing. We have contact details for all relevant people, from the admin to technical support - we can only give them a heads-up. We have gone through several service providers before them. They are the best we have experienced! And their prices are some of the best in the province!
