MTN Shesha Deal ****
I app**** for MTN Shesha deal Reuter, on the 24 of June 2024, there an issue with delivery, and they failed to deliver the Reuter. Since then i have been taken to pilar to post for ke to get my Refund as i paid for services that was never rendered. I call Customer care and they send me to Mondo and when i call Mondo they send me to MTN is like they dont want to refund me back my money as they were rushing me to pay. I feel like i was ****med

Horrible Experience
On the 2 September I came sparklingauto car wash in Wonderpark to wash my car around 4pm, I left my car went to shopping for 2 hours. When I came back my car was not washed as I couldn't see it on the parking lot, when I asked they said the line is too much as it is on the line. Waited for an hour is when u found out that my car is being fixed as my door handle was broken by mistake. I went to the back I found my door panel out and two gentleman busy without my consent I waited one hour again as they couldn't fix. Mind you I paid for car wash R100. I had to ask for my car and the guy who was fixing said I should get a new door handle! Like really I should get it? I had to take my car not washed and my handle broken 💔. No management cake to even talk to me, some gentleman said there is nothing they can do! I have pictures and videos of them trying to fix and my door panel opened, even my car was dirty when I took it after all I paid for car wash. I left around pass 8pm. I was hoping il get a call or something as when you pay they take your contacts. So I will take this review to Social media and hello Peter as well il go as far as I can go so that people can be aware that taking their car to car car wash is risky and the service is very bad to open my car even today I struggle to open it and close it.
