Ordered the blue cheese burger, worst thing I have tasted in my life. I sent it back, the manager said he would dock it from the waitresses pay even tho she had nothing to do with the food. Ended up paying for food I didn’t eat. Go there for the kids but maybe eat somewhere else before going there. The manager has terrible customer service, our waitress was amazing though. They should consider firing the manager because he is rude as hell. I do not appreciate being made to pay for terrible food and the manager threatening to dock the wait staff pay for things they had no control over, they should look into this branch in Edenvale and how they are possibly exploiting the waiters cos why must they pay for food they didn’t cook.
The experience I have had with communicating or trying to communicate with metrofibre has been the worst one I have ever had. All I need for them is to send me my Fibre Statement and they are withholding it. I have sent hundreds upon hundreds of emails only to be told they have sent me the invoice which they never did. All I need is literally the monthly statement for the fibre and they are refusing to give it to me. I am beyond livid
