****e power cuts
Y'all this municipality is a joke LOL we have been in ballito for a week, and every ****** day since Monday til now, Friday, the power goes off from 9 or 10am, and comes back on at 3am til 7am. Convenient right lol? Like whatever is easiest for them. Um. So yeah we sit for about 20+hours without power, and helplessly allow our food to waste away while subjecting ourselves to listen to their pathetic excuses as to why there's no power lol it is humorous you guys but eventually it got ridiculous. It's unacceptable. It's December nah, this is planned load shedding. Y'all are useless 😂🤌🏼🤌🏼 invisible 5 stars for Y'all well done

False advertising and poor hospitality
Very disappointing. The pictures look way different from how it looks in real life, plus they offer activities, wifi, and restaurants plus spa on their premises but wifi is almost non existent inside the chalets and the restaurants are all closed. So basically extreme false advertising. The rooms are great though however cheaply put together all-in-all. The chalets do not come with complimentary coffee/tea/sugar? Is this not standard? The shop is barely and excuse for a shop, seems like a storage room and the guy at reception is just *********** lol there's odd tin buildings located around and doesn't make the scenery very pleasnt. Just a very odd place with poor hospitality. Weird.

Poor planning practices. You book and are given a schedule of classes based on your availability, however their planning is very poor as they repeatedly had to ask me to change my driving lesson schedule. It wasted so much time. ********* practices. The instructors literally and blatantly offer you to take the bribe of R2500 on the day of your license test, labeling it as a guaranteed pass, making it sound legit. ***? And because I didn't pay the bribe, I failed my license test. Their service is extremely slow. I kept in contact with their offices as communication via whatsapp, talking to a girl named Jade. Jade was extremely cold, short answered my texts and almost never ever rep**** to me on time. She was indifferent to any queries whatsoever. Alberton driving school is literally **** it's no wonder why people don't drive properly on the roads lmao
