Poor service received at Postnet Southdowns
I went to Postnet Southdowns to certify documents and when I got there I greeted everyone but one of the staff gave me a cold response, she was darker in complexion wearing glasses. I then told her I would line to get my documents certified and I have copies, she told me I can’t I have to make copies in store. So I further said I will pay full amount even though I have copies she refused. Then I said ok let’s make copies but I don’t have my ID to make a copy , can you certify the copy I have with my licence and she refused. I begged her but she was very rude and didn’t care at all. Just for 1 ID copy, for her to just take my license which has my id number and picture she refused. I was referred to that Postnet by a friend after I told them I need a place to certify my documents and she told me that Postnet at Southdowns will definitely help you however it was to mine and her surprise to learn that it was not true. I will never use your store again and I will definitely share today’s experience with all everyone I know around the area, including Midstrean Mediclinic staff. She needs to change her dark heart and learn about customer satisfaction. As we speak, I had to drive around the area for alternatives because of someone’s dark heart.

Tedbakar ****
I have never been ****med before until this year 2024. I bought a Ted baker bag online at tedbaker outlet for South Africa!!! A whole a R700 was ********** from me. Ordered bag on 11/06/2024, website said you will get next day delivery if you order before 12 midday which I did, to my surprise when I tracked down my order on their tracking app it said the bag was in Hong Kong, that’s when I realised I have been ****med. Well I kept checking the app and the parcel was moving from one point to another, after more than 15 days waiting, on the 07/06/2024 on the app it says parcel delivered but I have not received the bag. The tracking app does not even show which courier company was carrying the parcel. I then tried to login into tedbaker website but my account was blocked. I sent an email to someone from the shop but no reply. Till today 16/07/2024 no sign of the bag. www.tedbakar.co.za is a ****, don’t be fooled by the low prices like I did, IT IS A ****!!!!
