Do yourself a favour and never buy anything from Swarovski – I certainly won’t again. I purchased a bracelet worth R2,000, and within less than two months – with a total of maybe seven wears – the product is already discolored. Let’s be honest, even a cheap bracelet from a China shop lasts longer than this. What’s worse is the shocking customer service at your Canal Walk store. When I returned the product, the consultant casually informed me that the warranty only applies if a stone falls out and not for discoloration. Seriously? For a so-called luxury brand, this is absolutely unacceptable and pathetic. I expect Swarovski to stand by the quality of its products, not brush off paying customers with excuses. I demand a proper resolution to this issue – either a replacement or a full refund. Failing that, I will not hesitate to share this experience widely and report it to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I would NOT recommend Vodacom to anyone – especially the Cape Gate branch. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for years, but after this experience, I cannot wait to end every contract I have with them. I recently opened a contract for a PlayStation 5, a Samsung TV, and a router. The main reason we went for the PlayStation deal was because it included a 2-year PlayStation Plus subscription, which the agent confirmed multiple times. To our disappointment, the subscription was never included – despite their promises. When we raised the issue, all we got was a cold response from Coleen saying it will be “taken up with the agent” – no accountability, no effort to resolve the problem. On top of that, the TV voucher they gave us was never even activated! I had to call, email, and follow up multiple times just to get access to a deal I had already signed for. What makes it worse is the absolute refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their excuse? “We don’t have a return policy.” That’s completely unacceptable. There’s a clear lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service. This experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. If you’re thinking about signing anything at Vodacom Cape Gate – DON’T.
I have never in my life experience such pathetic service! If you know whats good for you and your fur babies just stay away from Oneplan! My dog has been on the OnePlan medical aid for almost 2 years now. He was at the VET on the 25 of May 2024 almost 2 months later and OnePlan still request new documents after we need to follow up every week even though they keep saying they will provide feedback in 48 hours and that all documents needed has been submitted. Yet every week when we need to follow up they keep asking more documents. If you need medical aid for your fur babies please stay as far as possible away from OnePlan cause they will take you money every month but when you submit a claim you need to follow up since they NEVER provide feedback and they always come back with more excuses and outstanding documents, even though they keep telling you all necessary documents has been submitted! I would not recommend Oneplan at all! I have never in my life experience such bad service!
