Disgruntled
We had a Geyser about to give in. The Insurance Plumbers who only deal with geysers told us that the geyser was still under warranty and they in turn contacted Kwikot. Come Kwikot, they replaced the geyser and told us that the new geyser wont have a warranty because it basically expired on the old one. They left all the packaging after ripping it off just like that in the ceiling. Immediately we discovered that there was a vibration in the pipes when the main on suite toilet is flushed. Since then it has gotten worse. It took some time to get a phone number to contact them and their answer is that the Pressure Control valve has broken down. Now we have to get a private plumber to attend to it. From previous reviews it seems that every time a new geyser is installed in a home the pressure valves pack up. Fine, so they cannot prevent it from happening but have they not learned by now that there is such a possibility and can they not at least warn you? And that goes for the Geyser only plumbers as well !!

The worst ever
we have been trying to sort out share certificates that we discovered after my parents passed away. all the certificates are in the name of my wife. Since the 5th May 2024 we have been calling them , speaking to numerous people in the company, filling in forms running up and down to get documents certified, making payments and still nothing - take note that it is the 19th July 2024. Every time you query it is a new person and they expect you to resend all the documents. Endless promises of "within 3 days" The shares are worth nothing and by the time we get paid out it will be small change considering the time, effort and costs to settle the matter.
