I am a very disappointed,my mother bought couches @Bradlows in mafikeng last year around September to October.When they brought the couches my mother told them that these one couch which doesn't look like the others.They went to the store and they laid a complained about it.November passed,December,January around February they went to another bradlows in Lichtenburg just to go ask about their complain,when they got there the staff said to them that Bradlows in Mafikeng they hardly help customers when they complained,when they checked at head office just as it is the complain was not send. Bradlows in Lichtenburg they helped them but again the couches where even changing colour so my mom decided to go again to Bradlows in Mafikeng to tell them that they took almost 4months regarding their complain and on top of that those couches are changing colour. One of the staff said to my mom that those couches have faulty that's why they where on special but when they bought the couches they where not told about that. They had an agreement to even do a debit order on the 8th of every month which they agreed on that reached day they don't debit they put arrears.So my mother is one person that doesn't like those kind of things so they advised her to pay the balance so that she could be helped regarding the couches.My mom did pay the whole balance thinking that they will come and take those couches and pick another set of which she feels it's better rather than the couches which a faulty,changes colour and one couch is not even the same. They came to collect the couches and told mom they are going to fix them,and in this point my mom doesn't even want them back all she wants is her Refund.
To be honest I would not have done any ratings to this store.I bought a bed on 2023 around October,they told me they are supp**** by Mr Mattress.Not even a year reached on their guarantee of their bed around last year 2024 on March I complained about the bed.I went to their store which is where I bought it Ouhout in Klerksdorp I told them about the bed,they ddnt even try to assist me what they said is I should contact head office of Mr Mattress because they don't deal with them anymore. I did,I called and they asked me to send videos with the purchased slip.I did everything.I kept on contacting them and sending emails even today I have not got any feedback from them. I am sleeping on a bed thats making sounds everytime I sit or climb the bed,even when you just turn.I am very angry and disappointed I have wasted alot of my money for this bed which I could have bought a better one.I mean that bed ddnt reach 1year guarantee when it started making sounds.The head office tells me I should bring the bed @Bloemfontein I mean did I buy the bed there,I ddnt.Do they even know how much it costs just to hire a van to go there.So they expect me to use my money for their mistakes I won't do that.Their second option was to wait for their company truck if it comes to joburg till now I am still waiting for the truck.Imaging from 2023 October when I bought the bed,2024 March I complained about the bed it's even 2025 May with no help.
