Worst service ever they dont even deserve 1 star. Took my vehicle to Wesgate car service city branch for an electrical fault, after collecting the car on the 17/05/2025 i have already returned it 4 times for the same issue. When I return the car I'm told its another issue however the dashboard shows the same sign. The manager is always diagnosing and telling me its a new issue.
Worked with FDP Admin from 20216 after my fathers passed on, Ane Britz was handling the Estate. At first everything was fine and we will communicate and feedback was on time. My nightmare started on the 29/02/2024 when i sent Ane an email asking how far is the estate? She advised me that she will send me the shortfall within 6 days until the 24/06/2024 i requested that we cancel the whole process and requested a refund. I've been sending emails everyday following up and requesting feed back she just ignore me and doesn't reply to my emails. This company doesn't deserve a star at all and I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment I'm getting from Ane is totally unprofessionally and ********* especialiy dealing with a loss of a parent.
Month to month unlimited data and router is a lie. MTN SA is a **** and robs people broad daylight. They don't even deserve a star from what i have been through. Been trying to cancel the service for more than a month even returned the router to the store however I've been billed for the service and data that i wont use. I REAPEAT MTN IS A **** THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE AND ITS EXTREMELY *********.
