To whom it may concern I like to have my voice heard about the pathetic service given by the UIF labour department. I originally app**** for unemplloyment 6th June and all documents had been submitted for approval. I received a sms stating that my claim have been approved and an sms with the 7 day waiting period for funds to be paid out into my account on 18 June see below sms Dear CLINTON. UIF: Mr/Mrs CLINTON MALANDER Your payment Case No:40009122274 has been processed and funds will be paid into your bank account in 7 working days.. Enquiries contact local Labour Centre . Case No : 40009122274. I have continuosly contacted the call centre will no help what so ever. I had 2 go into the UIF labour Department on the 17th July to find out what is going on. Just 2 find out that my application was closed and not even a sms or call centre could let me know about this. The consultant then advised me of a continuation that need to be done. We completed the payment form in which i signed and the consultant mentioned to me that my funds will be paid out within 5-7 working days. When i go onto the UFiling porthole the exact same status shows. Paymaster- Closed and this have shown before on the 17th June. I decided 2 go back into the laboir department in mitchells plain 2 go find out what is happening now and the consultant just says i must wait. I would like to know if the Hello peter could assist in this regard as its been more than month and my funds should have been paid out already. Regards Clinton Malander 0845022000
I app**** for my UIF end of May 2024, i have still not received my money. Everytime i go to the branch in mitchells plain then no one can answer me. I feel as though my money has been ****** and now i cant get answers because NEVER have i heard of waiting 7 to 15 working days. Then they say it was processed by the paymaster and payment was made. I am ****ing fed up now. I have bills to pay and sick and tired of them say "we need to escalate", why dont they pay my bond and bills. The call centre knows even ****ing less, its like they working on two different systems and then their u-filing ****ty system also. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!! and im not waiting , i want immediate payment.
