Good day. Could you please delete my hello peter account? Thank you.
At one stage I used to be a member of Fedhealth- about 22- and finally made the best decision of my life- I left them to join GEMS.When GEMS first started I was with Fedhealth and stayed with them instead of joining GEMS.Then came their dreaded MEDIVAULT where you have to BORROW money from your medical aid just to pay for certain benefits which the medical aid is supposed to pay for because it is meant to be part of what you are paying for but they don't. And then you are still meant to pay them back- over and above the large amount of money that you are already paying them. And it seems that this pathetic useless medivault is not the degrading of Fedhealth but also their other pathetic services. 99.9% of the reviews on here are AGAINST Fedhealth. Makes you wonder why they are still around. And their automated response: sorry about your bad experience. One of our consultants will get back to you shortly. Just fix up your act , Fedhealth and nobody will complain and your automated responses can get put out to pasture. The 0.01% of good service which is rather high for Fedhealth) also has an automated response( which is VERY SELDOM USED): Thank you for you compliment and nice words( something like that). We will pass on the good message to our team. Your team must be the most demoralised unhappiest bunch of workers around with 99.9% of people unhappy with Fedhealth's service. And instead of improving your service, GUESS WHAT? THE SERVICE GETS WORSE.The best decision I ever made was too leave Fehealth. For those people still on Fedhealth: LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.For those still looking for a medical aid or want to join a new medical: GIVE FEDHEALTH A WIDE BERTH AND RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Before I start I would just like to mention that I do not have any problem with cinecentre or any movie houses in general. Their movie experience is very good and I do enjoy going to watch movies at all our movie houses, irrispective of which one they are. They are all equally good. My only complaint is their refreshment station. The movie houses only want the customers to only buy from the their refreshment station. We are not allowed to buy our refreshments from outside the movie area. That's fine. That is their right. The problem is their prices are way too high- nearly double what the supermarkets and tearooms charge. And their cooldrinks taste like imitation cooldrinks. Movies these days are already very highly priced. A family of 4 will have to fork out probably about R400 plus just for the movie. And then come the refreshments. Movie refreshments about an extra R400. You buy the same stuff at the supermarket for half the price. I know that there are still quite a number of people who will still buy their refreshments at the movie house but there will also be alot of people who won't because of the high prices. I am one of those many who will not buy from the movie house refreshment station. I'm sure that alot of movie goers have snuck in their own refreshments just to save money. And for those who are unlucky enough to get caught probably have to forego their very pleasant evening of entertainment. All because the movie houses are more concerned about profit than the customers entertainment.
