Sport scene in Boksburg, I Opened a TFG account from them the guy who assisted me added alot of bunch things without asking me. When i studied my account something was not adding up and I ended up going to another branch in the same mall (strand mall) and I enquired the lady who assisted me told me what the problem is and helped me to call the centre which deals with the matter of my concern. The person in the line promised to cancel unnecessary stuff and further said they will do the maths from the day I started paying for what I never agreed upon and work it off from my current balance. #ref:85358200407# I bought a car from a certain dealership, after 3 months of purchase I started experiencing problems with the car. I called to return the car but the dealership refused to take their car. I informed the bank of what was going on , I was advised to open the case with them and so I did also with MIOSA . I asked the wes bank if they can do something and they said they will wait upon MIOSA. Later before the end of the sixth month the dealership collected the car from me. West bank was notified and the account was not paid for 3 months in the space of that 3months they investigated and they knew what was happening they communicated with the dealership. I was informed by them that the dealership with settle the account. I informed them that since I returned the car they will pay the full amount and cancel the sales. Wes bank gave the dealership the quotation for outstanding amount instead of full amount that was supposed to be paid and the dealership settled the outstanding amount continuing on my instalments, there I was waiting for my refund from Wes bank. Nothing was communicated with me, emails were sent to my account saying something about documents being sent that I never received they were obviously sending settlement letters to the dealership and papers of ownership but all this under my account it was as if I settled the payments, I asked what was going on on emails and even told them that I’m receiving emails saying I’m requesting for certain things from them which I never did. On the 27 of June I received a call from them and email saying my case has been escalated till today haven’t heard from them. All i need is my refund from them.
