Bought a new Bosch washing machine Ser 4 in Sept 2025. After not even 8 months the door glass broke while in cycle washing a duvet cover. I was told this is not under warranty and will have to pay for it, and that there is no stock in SA. +- 4 Week delivery. When I booked the service call I was told the technician will contact me within 48 hours. Needles to sy he only contacted me after 120 hours. I phoned the Bosch service centre, send them e mails and contacted the store numerous times asking them to please follow up, as I read that the glass is covered under warrenty. I bought a fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher from the same store in George last year and it seems that nobody is willing to help me. Never ever will I buy Bosch again in my life. When I told the service tech that the glass is covered he said that he wil replace it as a warrenty? Worst product I have ever purchased.
Was boating on Roodeplaat dam on Sun 1 Nov when huge stunk overcame us. As I was about to dock boat at launching pad I noticed human secretion in water. Had to pay R170.00 for the day entrance fee to make use of a dam that is a huge health risk. Utterly disgusted. Reported this to the entrance gate who said they will investigate.
