Terrible Service - You should be ashamed!
Spar 2 U and SuperSpar Kuilsrivier - Will never use your services again. Appalling customer service (Because issues only happen between certain hours if i have to call Customer care) and your APP is horrible. That will be a review on its own. Cannot contact anyone from your email or the in App, cannot even track the driver to see if my order is on its way - or in my case NOT on its way. I had a terrible experience today and will, as far as I can, avoid ever using SPAR again. Make some effort and get a better company to design your App and look at the online or app forum's flow or model - It doesnt work. When the order Eventually arrived 2 hours later (After i had to call the branch directly just to be told my order was lying there) the bags were torn. I had to throw the deli food away as i dont know how long its been standing out in the open! Disgusting, Spar- I contacted my whole family - we will be switching back to the other service that WORKS!

Avoid using the App!

Rather drive to Spar than use their App
Only reason they get a 1 is because i cant give a 0. EVERYTHING about your app, your delivery and the customer service is wrong. You lost a customer.
