the Company was not the best company to work with, but i am only rating the delivery driver Phillip, 10 out of 10
brought a car cash on the 17th of November 2024, still waiting for We buy cars to mark the vehicle as sold, mailed the customer care email address 10 times, without any reply. the switchboard just say i must mail the customer care again. totally bad after sales service, with NO communication.
i have placed an online order on the 19th of November 2024, for 4x items. i have only received 2x of the 4x items i have phoned, e-mailed, what's app, ever since to follow up on the 2x outstanding items, but had no feedback on any of the different communication methods that i tried to get in contact with them. i just want to find out is it on back order, can i expect it in 2025....no communication or feedback ever since. poor client service
ordered and pay for a book on the 19th of august....did not receive my book as of today, 4 September....no answer on their online platform. the contact number is not available on the network...do not order from them, they also do not reply on back on email
