I Placed an order on Saturday for a friends Birthday on Thursday. Expecting the delivery on Wednesday or Thursday, as they could process the order and ship. However, They never communicated until I asked on Wednesday about tracking details. The response was that they are having a lot of orders. If they could have indicated or communicated prior, then I could have bought at another Bookstore with faster delivery and better communication.
I received a sms from Outsurance that it is possible to reduce installment but keep same cover. I called and they assisted me quickly and reduced my installments.
The staff is very helpful and gave well needed advice. Adjusted my premium to more affordable monthly payments.
