from my 1st subscription with net nine nine I have never struggled with anything, all because of one wonderful service consultant Josie. she has so often gone above and beyond to make my on boarding with them seamless. I don't remember ever having to go queue at their offices because she's always there to assist online and make everything so much easier. Josie truly is an asset to the company and their clients.
The driver called on my phone whilst I was busy in the house by the time I got to my phone he had hanged up, he called again while I was walking outside but I had left the phone in the house. The gate was locked, I told him I am going to fetch the keys for the gate, and he instructed me to leave the key and get my package in a very rude tone, which I comp****. Then he asks me why I don't answer my phone as if he's talking to his wife or girlfriend again using the very rude tone and when I told him I don't need to explain myself to him, he threw my package over the gate on the dirt. I did not receive my package in good condition. I have made purchases from shein and temu for years now and dealt with a lot of drivers and I have never experienced such disrespect.
I arrived at the licensing at 11:00am to renew my license and at 13:06 I wass still sitting there whilst people who came after me with numbers after mine where assisted and left and watching the consultants there having lunch without a care in the world that people were waiting to be assisted. I thought the whole point of booking online was to avoid queues and yet I Flippin waited for 2 whole ****** hours for assistance. as I'm writing this review I'm still here at the licensing waiting.
I went to capitec bank kagiso accompanying my brother to update his fica and their so called host with a stinking attitude named khensani told me that I have to wait outside, as if it's a norm to give people such indecent treatment. I have a backache condition which doesn't allow me to stand for long periods and here I was standing outside capitec bank even though there were available sits inside the branch. As a national financial institution I found this appalling that she could treat people with such arrogance, given that the person you treating so badly is your potential client
