Sunningdale dr, Sunningdale, Cape Town. 13 Nov 2024 , 18:13 pm RegNo: CAA 37766. Red Scooter (delivery) - Pick n Pay. Scooter driver was arguing with lady who stopped to allow me to cross the road. Was worried about her safety, he was very aggressive towards her and blocking traffic. He kept on screaming at her for over 3 minutes, not worried about how he's blocking the road. I parked my car and walked up to him, told him to look behind him, he's causing a traffic jam. That' I've seen plenty cars doing the same at that intersection. He said 'ill f... you up old man. He then pulled away, swung his right hand towards my head, which landed on left side of my head, drove into left side of my body (left arm) with scooter right handle bars while he drove off. Reported incident to SAPS TABLE VIEW, ref nr CAS 196/11/2024- all leads followed up - case closed. Docket will be re-opened upon new leads. Aha - I guess if black drives into you with motorbike or car, case closed (but if white person drives their vehicle/motorbike into black, jailtime). Awesome living in so-called SA democracy. Makes me wonder why SAPS even exist.

Harassed by dimension data (now NTT Data) Indian employees (SMO dept), even threatened with a knife π‘οΈ and gun π«, told HR I've had enough, going to labour organisation, next day HR suspended me, 6 weeks later fired July 2023 on **** charges to protect the culprit behind the harassment, and any employees involved. Best part is the last 12 months I was working for different dept, but had to sit in that dept because Indian/Pakistan head of dept hired me initially. Could that be the reason for harassment or was it *******ion/******/jealousy from Indian employees. Just over a year prior to me being harrassed and chased away, another white employee was chased away by same manager. Why only white male employees targeted π― 4 months without a job When applying for jobs, only ones I got reply from was ****m or further, did HR have a role in that. Took one of those jobs, my mom who lived with me had to stay behind while I checked if new job is ok. While away from mom she got ill, seems the doctors at hospital didn't do a good job, she passed away during emergency operation. If I was there by her surgery would've been done earlier or possibly even prevented. The *******ion (********* behaviour) affected my family as well (lost a family member). Since I had to take a job in another province (blocked from getting a job in Gauteng), my mom was staying alone. She fell I'll, passed away due to colon perforation. This puzzles me, how did she get colon perforation. She had no health problems (and no colon problems) π€ ............... Sindee Mackinlay False testimony against me. In disciplinary hearing (which was much like a kangaroo court), noticed how Cornelia Els was coaching her what to say and what not to say. Also before both Cornelia and Sindee came into meeting room (disciplinary hearing) they were chatting outside (guess Cornelia was giving Sindee the script to use). ........... Mikhail Pillay Walked past me making sarcastic comments about my nationality, during a workshop he also said to colleague the manager wants to get rid of him (me), at another occasion said he (me) doesn't want to share his knowledge. ........... Viresh Ajoodha Threatened me with knife and gun on my way out of building. He also walked past me and said manager wants to get rid of you on 2 occasions, shortly after the 2nd time I looked to my right and saw Shaakir Khan (head of dept) and a few employees looking at me and smiling). ........... Cornelia Els (HR employee) False testimony against me. I mentioned that since she's not willing to do anything about my complaints related to Mikhail Pillay and Viresh Ajoodha, I'm going to report matter to the CCMA (labour organisation). The very next day she suspended me. When I refused to sign suspension letter (stating I'm not allowed to discuss anything that happened at dimension data), she physically tried to push me back to the meeting room table and said I won't leave until I sign the suspension letter. I did not sign, told her it's due to *******ion that she wants me to sign it. I then left meeting room. After 6 weeks she fired me based on a bunch of lies. Disciplinary hearing, the chairman asked what verdict Cornelia want's, she said dismissal, he gave her what she wanted. Chairman was totally biased (obviously the company uses him regularly for disciplinary hearings, so to keep getting a paycheck from them he throws ethics out the window). Me attending the disciplinary hearing where chairman and Cornelia were involved was a total waste of time (besides a lesson in ********* behaviour from them) ............ Since SMO management don't want to fire the Indians in the SMO dept (Mikhail Pillay, Viresh Ayoodha) who apply racial ************** towards white employees, not to mention Viresh Ayoodha who held a knife infront of my face and threatened me with it, also threatened me with a gun, why not transfer them to the NTT Data branch in India. Since the head of SMO dept had me fired after mentioning that I'm going to report issue to CCMA (complained about the racial ************** by Indian employees towards me) and made very sarcastic remarks for months about another white employee (who resigned with immediate effect), perhaps NTT Data should send him to the NTT Data branch in India as well.

Order no: 2244 Tax invoice: 4090217540 Inv: 31213 Paid at 15:25 pm My Order No: 2244 (race is white) Order No's before me: 2242 & 2243, They were called to collect. (race was black). All below Order No's after me were called to collect (99% of them - race was black). 2245 , 2246 , 2247 , 2248 , 2249 , 2250 , 2251 , 2256 , 2257 , 2259 Waited 30 minutes, my order not called to collect. But all the blacks who ordered after me called to collect their orders. At 15:55 pm I told manager I want a refund. Manager (Anthea) said since I paid via card, I need to send her my details, then she'll get HQ to refund me. Her email address isΒ 9592@stores.hungrylion.co.za 3 weeks prior (06 April 2025), exact same story. All the blacks who ordered after me called to collect their orders. Also waited 30 minutes. 06 May 2025 I went back to the Hungry Lion Bayside Mall store, asked manager on duty to rather give me cold drinks instead of handing over my account number for them to refund me. After waiting 20 minutes for Anthea, who was in the store, I left,could not wait any longer (which I told them). I really give up with that Store. Managers attitude - we will treat customers as we please - if they don't like it - they can go somewhere else. If you're white, don't bother ordering - we will serve all black customers first (even if they ordered after you). Don't worry, I won't be doing like the EFF does, toy-toy outside the store and cry ******. I prefer to behave civilized.
On the 12 June 2024, my mom was rushed to hospital. Had quite a bit of drama making payment for blood tests (Lancet labs - you can't pay via EFT, what year they going to sort it nobody knows). Then payment for CT scan, first got invoice with incorrect amount, had to wait 40 minutes for fixed invoice, then after paying, I sent through Proof of payment (EFT), also sent through notification from bank that there is a 90 minute security delay (app**** by ABSA bank). The person on duty according to the system it's not showing, I kept on referring to the proof of payment and the 90 minute security delay, he would not accept that. Eventually the doctor on duty decided to do an x-ray, noticed my mom's colon was perforated, shortly after that my mom's vital signs became weak, she was transferred to another hospital, the other hospital could not stabilise her properly, she died during surgery (before and during surgery they had to resuscitate my mom).
After realising I'm just wasting my money, the advice I was given was not sufficient or barely minimum, I went to 2 other lawyers for a 2nd opinion. Based in their pricing, they charged half of what I already paid to Gerrie Ebersohn attorneys (including represention). When Gerrie Ebersohn came with email for more payment, I wrote a lengthy letter they won't get another cent out of me, stated why. Today I've found out they reported me to TPN for the R 2300 they wanted from me. I would gladly have paid if they didn't double charge me and gave me better assistance (by assistance I don't mean not try and see how much they can milk me money wise).

Notified me on 08 & 09 May that her stomach must settle. 07 June and 11 June back to Dr Viljoen for stomach pain and vomiting, also complained about constipation. So on 07 June (after a month, stomach issue still not resolved) and 11 June (4 days from 07 June, stomach issue still not resolved). Based on above, why did the doctor not refer my mom for to a hospital. ............... Enema did not work. Laxatives did not work (enema). So 2 options left Physical assisted removal. Surgery.

When wanting to leave meeting room she ran past me and put her hands on my arms and tried to force me back to meeting table , saying you won't leave until you sign document (stating I won't discuss anything which happened at company) π€ I did not sign it. So due to me stating that I'm going to report above to labour organisation I was suspended and later fired (based on lies of the witnesses) Since when does HR Dept fire an employee (plaintiff) to protect the culprits (suspects). Epic proportions of *******ion. The last 12 months prior to leaving, I worked for a different dept - that dept got approval from the dept who hired me, so if the dept that hired me was unhappy with me working for other dept, they should have mentioned it to that other dept, not try chase me away to get revenge on the other dept. Just after that other dept told the head of the dept that hired me, that they want me to work for them permanently, won't be going back to SMO dept, the harassment in SMO dept started again In total 5 Indian employees walked past me and said manager wants to get rid of you.
