After reading the reviews so far, it’s no wonder people don’t recommend this company. Same as what happened to our country. This is very disappointing as Mamba were very good couple of years ago. At 22:30 on Thursday 7th of November, at the boomed area of Palliser and Erasmus Roads in the rain, The Security Guard thought it was a brilliant Idea to drop the boom on my son’s head and his motorbike, pushing him and the bike to the ground, accruing injuries to his neck and damaging the bike so badly it was unrideable. The following morning was collected by the workshop break down bakkie. At 6:50 Friday 8th Nov I called Mamba to report the mater. Speaking to JP assuring me he would pass it on to manager. “NOTHING CAME OF IT” At midday of the 8th, I called again, after explaining the incident to about 6 different people, as no one was going to take responsibility, I was advised that the matter was under “INVESTIGATION”. Today the 11th still no feedback, calling them again explaining the accident countless times as none was aware of the incident, “bearing in mind that the boom area has surveillance cameras” that the last person hangup on me. I recalled Mamba, and advised the receptionist of my intention to go to the press in regards to this case, and the manner it was being delt with. The answer I received was like this is normal, people are obviously always complaining to them and I can go write ahead with my decision. I wounder I the owner of Mamba Security Company knows exactly how his business is being run.
After me seeing all these negative reviews, I’m surprised this companies’ doors are still open. I believe after whats just happened to me is normal for CDD Couriers, I’m speechless and I see I’m not alone. I’m a Day Trader on the New Your Stock Exchange and decided to change bank for investment reasons, I’ve been unable to work since the 25th July waiting for my new card, today the 31st they send the driver to the wrong address because the logistics department clearly can’t read. Now I get told they need to reschedule and wait another 5 working days. After numerous emails and calls I’m no closer to closure, I need to find the owner of the establishment and send my invoice for lack of earnings, I’m definitely going to make this company’s name mud.
