BEWARE OF Lumeo Just a WARNING regarding LUMEO. I ordered the Lumeo chairs. After I received it we realised that they are too small for larger persons and also uncomfortable. So I ask them for a refund. After I had to send numerous e -mails and WhatsApps they send the Courier to collect them. The Courier already delivered them on the 12h f December 2025. Since then I had to send quite a few WhatsApps and the they finally ask for my baknk details. I gave them my bank details on the 17th of December. No reply no refund nothing. I send more WhatsApps to ask when can I expect my refund still no reply. So this morning I send another WhatsApps and said to them if I haven’t received my refund by end of today I’m going to all Social media platforms and Hello Peter. So no reply or refund. PLEASE NOTE I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AND WHATSAPPS AS PROOF.
I bought a Hilux bakkie from Webuycars Rustenburg branch. It was advertised with spotlights. After I paid and collected the bakkie and my driver arrived home with it I saw that the spotlights were not on the bakkie anymore. I notified the salesman and he said he will asked the mechanic. The mechanic then informed me that they have to remove it due to regulations but will courier it to me. I also notified the manager of the dealer sales at Misdstream Branch and send him a message regarding the incident. Also, tried to phone him and then left him numerous messages. Then upon further inspection I found that the radio wasn’t working and it was working as per report. Then I saw that the amplifier under the passenger seat was removed! I found a receipt in the bakkie with the previous owners cell number and contacted him. He informed me that there was actually 2 amplifiers one underneath each of the front seats and he sold the bakkie with both still in the bakkie. I notified the salesman again and he again said he will follow up. Then I received a message from the same mechanic that stated that the Buyer from the Rustenburg branch said that the previous owner removed both amplifiers before he sold the bakkie to Webuycars. Then I told him that I have spoken to the owner and he confirmed that both amplifiers where in the bakkie when he sold it to Webuycars. He said not according to them and I said I have the proof of the owner and Im going to escalate it to the Manager at Midstream. He told me I can do that and he doesn’t care. So once again I send all the info to the manager their. Even this morning of 13 Oct I send him a message again and ask him if he did investigate the matter and if he have any feedback. Till now no response from him at all on any of my messages and calls. I have the messages from the mechanic and the previous owner that are willing to confirm that all the above mentioned spotlights and amplifiers were in the bakkie when he sold it to Webuycars and left it there. I can supply the nr of the salesman, mechanic and manager if needed.
Hi. I have paid my 80% deposit to them on the 10/04/2024 for a complete solar system to be installed. Until today I did not receive anything or any services. A lot of promises but nothing! Last few weeks I was asking for a refund but still just promises. I am more than willing to join any one else that are busy or planning a law suit against them. PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND NEVER NEVER EVER TO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
