Absolutely disgusted with the service from KFC The Ridge and their customer care team. I’m sitting here hungry and frustrated because my order was never delivered, yet the driver falsely claimed it was. Instead of helping resolve the issue, nobody seems to care or take accountability. What makes it worse is being treated like I’m lying when your own driver failed to do his job properly. This level of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting basic service, not stress, hunger, and attitude. I did not receive my food, so I expect a full refund immediately. Paying for an order that never arrived is ridiculous. Do better, KFC. This experience was beyond disappointing. And FYI I am not going to be buying at that fast food joint ever again!!
