Could I ever be absolutely frustrated with Samsung Online! Following my previous complaint and after receiving my items 3 weeks later to the value of R40K, I requested a return and refund as I do not want to invest my money in this brand. Unsurprisingly its been taking almost 3 weeks again for them to collect and refund me! How is Samsung so *********** in executing tasks relating to their product. Keep calling the call center and the agents always telling me about emails between them and logistics, they say they will call back but they never do. ***********, useless and waste of time to deal with Samsung online store!
I recently bought a cabinet set for my bathroom and not within 6 months the mirror started to flake from behind. I brought it to the managers attention at CTM, I kept having to follow up as I would get no response from her and every time I called she was either not in or off sick. Its been almost going 2 months and the mirror has not been sorted out. I was told to send photos then I was asked if my bathroom has ventilation and to show them the window etc. Its a bathroom cabinet set, why am I been questioned about the ventilation of my bathroom now? When they wanted to sell me the unit they didn't enquire weather I have ventilation or not? Why is CTM looking for an excuse for a defective product. I was then told they going to pass a credit which I didn't want, I want the mirror replaced and I paid a contractor to fit the whole unit so I requested CTM to come through remove and install a new mirror at their cost, which is still not done till date! Why are they so quick to sell you a product and follow up on quotes but the after service is so terrible!
On their website it says they will beat any price, filled all the details and sent it through, till date which is almost over a month now and I haven't received and email back from them regarding the price beat.
PLEASE everyone DO NOT buy any Samsung products online. Please go into store and rather buy it. This is my second review regarding Samsung as the first review they wanted to sweep it under the carpet. They don't even deserve one star. After 3 weeks I received my Tv and sound bar I ordered online. They kept going in circles every time a different agent called me and was telling me the same stories. The escalation to the CEO is a waste off time, as there is no involvement. I rented a TV for 3 weeks and they don't want to compensate me for it. I logged a return on the TV and now they want the sound bar back as well, yet it was two separate items purchased. Their service, sales and returns is absolutely useless and pathetic!!! I'm going to all social media platforms with this and no one must support Samsung online. They bribe us with their discount and 10% off but cant deliver. I'm getting the ombudsman involved now as well, and order for 40k isn't something I'm going to let slide for 3 weeks. Samsung must pay!
Do not buy Samsung products online. They absolutely useless with communicating with the customer on their order update. Passed the delivery date and still haven't received my items. Quicker, safer and more efficient to buy it from one of the Samsung stores rather then online. Pay a little extra in store but at lease you know you leaving with the products. Waiting a week already for my TV and sound bar also not letting me know what's the issue or when I will receive my order. Agents cant even assist and just brush you off when you call for an update. I will never support the online store again even if they give me any discount and I will spread this to everyone that I know and who would want to buy online. Don't advertise the products online and take the customers money if you cant supply.
