Fantastic service, repeatedly. Thank you for the amazing supplements - thank you for stocking all the really great brands. Really love the cream of rice. After reading the HP reviews, I was somewhat skeptical. I enquired about the availability of the product I wanted, got the thumbs up, and ordered. The very next day, I received my order. Well done, guys.

Expired Supplements Sold Online
I ordered a R900 pre workout online which usually lasts me 3 to 6 months due to occasional usage. They sent me a Pre workout which expires in less than 2 months. I complained and they ignore my mails. I have been ordered from these guys for years and they've done such a similar stunt before dump near expire date goods on online consumers!

No communication
On their website it says they will beat any price, filled all the details and sent it through, till date which is almost over a month now and I haven't received and email back from them regarding the price beat.

Terrible online shopping experience followed by zero customer service reply. I had to email several times to get a reply from them. And messaged on instagram - totally ignored. Also don’t answer phone calls. Finally got a reply but I had to stalk them. If you can’t handle online orders and exchanges, don’t run an e-commerce shop.
