My experience with them, every interaction from start to finish, was absolutely stellar. I've dealt with many other big property companies, but Louw & Coetzee have been the best by far. I read other negative reviews and my honest experience has been totally different. Perhaps its about the agent that you get - for us, Jessica Kolver-Louw was fantastic. She was not at all pushy or tried to rush a sale - quite the opposite - she always took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we were happy before committing. My family and I are really grateful to Jessica and all at Louw & Coetzee for their amazing service. Thank You.
At first they refused to process my claim. After posting here on HP - I was contacted by Angel - she was indeed an Angel and assured me that my claim would be re-looked at. It took almost two weeks from start to finish but I'm grateful that they eventually settled. Gee was also really helpful and a big thank you to him for all his time in the communications back and forth. I've since expanded my cover because of the good service. I would expand it further, but I just wish prices could be a little better for car insurance - especially for drivers well over 25.
Been shopping on their online store for about two years now, and I've always had excellent experiences. First bought my gaming PC from them two years ago. Subsequently bought other streaming peripherals. Purchased a gaming monitor from them two months ago. Service was on point every single time. Once, my PC was overheating and was still under warranty - I drove all night and arrived in PTA early Monday morning - Michel and the team were super helpful and they had my PC sorted by that afternoon by fitting a replacement cooler. I do admit the front seating area could do with some sprucing up, and I'd give a full five stars if they stocked a wider range of products. But so far as staff and customer service - ten stars indeed.
These guys are legends with power steering and suspension work. Have been going to them for over ten years. They've worked on classic Fords my dad's owned and a few of our BMW's - service perfection every single time. Also, I'm really appreciative of their honesty (they always try to keep the costs to the customer as low as possible) and their flexibility and willingness to accommodate me on such short notice. A huge thank you to Brian, Johno, and the rest of the East Coast Power Steering Team - You guys rock!
Brilliant service from Ashlin and the rest of the Euro Pats PMB team. Been going to them for many years and the service has always been great. Recently returned to purchase many items for my BMW service and maintenance - was pleasantly surprised by the competitive prices. They stock a really wide range of products and I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you Europarts PMB.
This company is selling expired food items. I purchased many items from their online store, hoping that they would be fresh, but about half of the products I received, from chocolates and chips, to sweets and cans of energy drinks, were all expired. And not expired by just a few weeks or months - some items expired in 2024! I can't believe such a thing is allowed to go on. If a child ate these things they could be seriously ill, in fact, anyone who didn't check the expiry dates before consuming could become really ill. I emailed the store as soon as I received my order and I got a response from Sandra saying that they are sorry and they will send out fresh stock - its a week and two days later since that email - I sent them a reminder email but got no response. There should be some kind of law preventing people from doing this, or at least some way of making them accountable. Definitely will be staying far away from Tasko and all of their stores.
The service has always been great. I've been a premium subscriber for almost three years now and I've never had any troubles with their service. They are always willing to assist over the phone to resolve any problems that arise. I do wish there were more channels on the Premium bouquet.
I am very disappointed by the service from OUTsurance. I feel deceived. When they wanted me to take the policy they were very nice over the phone. But when I needed to make a claim for accidental damage, it was outright refused. The policy was not clearly explained. I’ve decided to cancel my policy at the end of this month. OUTsurance’s communication and transparency have really let me down. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest insurer.
Pure ***** from AVIS CPT International Airport branch! They kept my deposit twice - claiming that there were damages to the vehicle on both times. I took pictures before and after, proving that no damages occurred whilst the car was with me but they refuse to accept that the damages were already present. Worst of all, they record your bank card details so they can take money out of your account to cover "damages" without you being able to do anything about it. Save yourself a lot of headache and Avoid Avis
