I ordered a R900 pre workout online which usually lasts me 3 to 6 months due to occasional usage. They sent me a Pre workout which expires in less than 2 months. I complained and they ignore my mails. I have been ordered from these guys for years and they've done such a similar stunt before dump near expire date goods on online consumers!
DO NOT OPEN CONTRACTS WITH MTN IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SERVICE AND VALUE!!! Their MTN Products including SupaFlex is riddled with traps they take your money next thing they're blocked you from their network. I regret ever considering MTN.
Very horrible decline in customer service and product support. Bought an MTN SuperFlex contract even worse they take your money you never get the data or unlimited calls. DO NOT TAKE OUT any form of contract with MTN. Do it only as a last resort.

Delivered an air fryer with missing accessories. Refunded a refund and collection arranged for a Monday its now Tuesday no communication or updates from Makro. Poor quality electrical products and poor service nje.
It's 18:40pm got a call 10 min ago from an extremely rude driver named Tshepang on 0728505738. He asked for directions despite having my address he phones 5 minutes later than he's close to me and I should wait outside my gate he's in a hurry. I told him by the provided description he is still far off and he should get closer by another 1km then I will come out. He starts raising his voice and says that its the company warning him to quickly deliver and leave the area and he threatens to turn back with my package which I didn't take kind to I told him I'm not his employee to be raising his voice at me and making threats to me then and hung up. He is extremely rude and I wish I can see him f2f. Please cancel my order and refund my money. This is poor business waited 3 days for this package because I'm too busy to drive to your shops now you employ *********** delivery partners. Really not interested in such a laborious and distressing process.
Momentum; clearly as a business you have a lot of improvements to make based on your overall public scoring. Business is more than bottom line. Alas, I wish to acknowledge and thank a very valuable employee within Momentum -JOLEN ORTEL. She is with the death benefits & claims units. I want to thank her for her extreme professionalism, efforts beyond scope and her human touch. Before my matter was presented to your trustees by Jolen I dealt with many nonchalant and somewhat incompetent people and just reached a dead lock until I got a call from Jolen. I publicly sing her praises and she's an example to other staffers at Momentum!
They always deliver as per agreement and have never let me down!
My uncle had a pension fund with them. He died unmarried with 3 minor dependents who are nominated as beneficiaries. The gross incompetence & reckless attempt of their trustees to pay the money to the remaining mothers is such a shock!!! The money is for the children not for their mothers have your trustees never heard of trusts and the guardian fund??? Please stay away from this grossly negligent and idiotic company I'm warning the public esp if you don't have money for lawyers to challenge such careless rulings. Now I have to go to court over something so simple and waste my time with them.
Momentum is undoubtedly the worst insurer I've seen in RSA never allow any broker to associate you with this company. You can't even call in and get help regarding your policy you'll be passed pillar to post. My mom is a pensioner with a R763 "ODYSSEY LIFE PLAN" policy but it's more like a theft plan because of unnecessary policy extras or as Momentum calls them "Rider Extras" like Cover for Impairment which she doesn't need or ever needed and was sold this policy by a Momentum broker years ago rightfully we call Momentum to correct this immediately on 4 August 2021 they asked for a wriiten letter in order to remove these extras we sent it in followed up 11 August told to wait they're busy with the request followed up today 27 August still nothing done they themselves acknowledge they are not up to standard now again the same R763 debit order goes over for September where is Treating Customers Fairly where must a pensioner get R763 for unnecessary cover extras??? Momentum had over 2 weeks to fix this I called again this morning they say a Nthabiseng will call me to help nobody calls nobody answers multiple repeated emails. Momentum unduly benefiting from Premiums despite objection it means even in death as policy beneficiaries we will struggle like this when we want to claim after years of paying these premiums.
