UCT Online was a traumatic experience for my son in grades 8-9. Over the 2 years, thrice he got a 0 for exams because of technical issues that are solved in AI mode and no proper communication. Which is very demotivating after a lot of hard work my son put into preparing for fair assessments. Their assessment instruments are definitely not fair nor valid, which is against assessment procedures. After the 3rd instance, I immediately pulled my son out of that school and eventually enrolled him at Optimi. He's thriving and getting distinctions because they care about their learners and provide an ultimate resource base for them. During exams they ensure learners are safe and secure while adhering to policies and procedures. Teachers are accessible through email for learners concerns and their support dept. is excellent. All these were lacking at UCT online. He hasn't been with Optimi for long but the improvements are massive; he's confident, enjoying his studies again, and his mental health is secured, knowing he will not be penalized for technical issues, which are inevitable. I'm so glad we left. I just want to share and hope that UCT Online will realize the risk they put learners in with regard to mental health and destroying their confidence through ********* running of the school. Even tertiary institutions offer supplementary assessments and exams that are capped (marks) should any uncontrollable circumstances occur, but not at UCT.The number of parents who say they are happy with UCT online fools them into oblivion,but they should observe the number of unhappy parents and stop being nonchalant about the way they are running this school.Pity that it is associated with UCT, a real pity.Which is the reason why I enrolled my son there in the first place, but the standard is very disappointing.
Uber stole my money.Their driver did not contact me,or try to.I place an order but didn't receive it.They claim he tried to contact me and sent a picture that he left my order on the pavement,how cruel and inhuman.It reflects on their management style of recklessness with customers money.To enter my estate you need a code.How did he enter when he didn't call for one? These ******,this is my 2nd worst experience with them.I was giving Uber another chance,since it's their culture I won't bother giving my money to them anymore.Irresponsible **** business.
I was ****med by this company 4 months ago for R4800.00. They have stopped communicating with me on whatsapp. This is the number: 076 214 9661, whic is on their website as well. They promised to ship the order within 2 weeks,after a month they said they no longer have the items i purchased.I must choose other items, some (evidently ****) Nike and Addidas items. After that they went quite. Today 19/08/2024, I contacted them again, no response.
I had a great CS experience with Khaya Mahlangu and the technical team(forgot the name but he went all out to ensure my service was connected, communicating throughout and even helped to connect my TV to fibre). In all our interactions their service has been very prompt and professional, thank you,don't stop exceeding our expectations.
