I recently moved out of one of their properties, I got a penalty for late notice which I accepted. The outstanding balance after deducting my deposit I requested I get given more time to pay it because 6 months is too short I won’t be able to pay the money up because I won’t be working, my contract is coming to an end. They refuse to negotiate even though I’m willing to pay the money. Ontop of that they are adding more costs that I need to pay for the application of arrangement which doesn’t make sense to me??… I’m very disappointed and unfortunately I know they will be listing me on credit bureau soon.
Management has no sense of urgency to issues affecting the building for new tenants. I’ve been begging everyday for my plumbing maintenance issues to be attended to since I moved in, 5 days in and still no care to actually sort the issue out. Very disappointed.
