Signed a 12months contract with these people, knowing that my rent includes water, one month down the line I receive an email stating that I am liable to pay for water, mind you I still have screenshots from when I asked the agent that assisted me that says “water is included in the rent” so 1st December I gave in my 20 days notice to move out as stated on the contract that prior moving out you need to give in 20 days notice and I also paid my full month rent. So now I get an email that states that I will get penalised for early termination and they will be taking more than half of my deposit. Whereas I am entitled to my full deposit. I will be taking them to court and all social media platforms. I have proof of everything
How does one have come to have subscription fees on a SIM card that is on the Wi-Fi router, contract is clear that I have to pay a certain amount now have to pay double the amount. Telkom is becoming useless. Even thinking of cancelling my contract, because they are not helpful in anyway. 180@telkom.co.za
For the past 3 weeks of trying to get feedback on a claim that was made a month ago and still not getting any response from this team has been frustrating. Calling and not getting any response every 24hrs complaints@miway.co.za
I have been a customer for this specific company for over 4 years, June got a new contract, accepted the debit order mandate for the specific date that I wanted, I received an sms on Wednesday saying that they will be debiting on a different date we agreed on. Caped the call centre to assist me in changing the date and guess what, they won’t be able to change it till next month. A fault one of their consultants made now will have to pay rejection fees as there won’t be enough funds for it
