I added Chubb travel insurance for an extra R64 to my Flysafair return flight (R32 per flight). My outgoing flight was cancled due to bad weather. Flysafair refunded the cost of my tickets but there was a R300 admin charge. Additionally I lost half a day of work driving to the airport and back home again (1.5 hours each way) and the petrol cost, both of which i will need to repeat. I thought travel insurance would mitigate those costs. No chance. Not these guys! NEVER TICK THE ADD INSRANCE OPTION. They are taking your money for nothing! Also loved the telephone converstation where they kept telling me there was nothing they could do for me. Thanks Chubb and Flysafair.
I can highly recommend that you ask to speak to Rensche September for your sales needs! We have received really great service!! We are a small tertiary education institution with about 100 students. We initially moved our printer needs to United because, having previously rented printers from Daisy. We have moved to owning our own printers which did cost more initially but the ongoing cost saving is astronomical! We will have paid off the printers and own them in a period of 1 and a half years worth of fees from the previous provider. No 5 year contract and low monthly cost more closely matched to our needs. Next we moved our VOIP system to United. The Number porting and install was done effortlessly (there was basically no down time!). We have had one or two technical hiccups with phones not installing updates correctly which were all sorted out within hours by the remote tech support. I have never waited long for a reply. I will say that it will help a bit if you have someone tech savvy on site. The remote support is a lot more effective if there is a person on the ground who knows a little bit about how things are set up. You should also have a PC connected to the network that the technicians can access via Anydesk. This way small problems can be sorted out really quickly without having to wait for a technical call out. If you are looking for the boutique service of a technician on sight instantly for every problem you will be paying a lot more for the service. If I look at a lot of reviews that are negative, I think they relate to unrealistic expectations with regards to technical support. The service that we have received has solved the problem every time! Highly recommend United and Renshce!
