I have wifi through mweb it's telkom contract. Every single day without fail there is no network. I am constantly have this day and night. I have logged a complaint with mweb. They state I must switch the router on n off remove Sim card move my router. I have been doing that since forever and still nothing. Don't even bother trying to study or write exams with this ****** network coz you fail , reason being no connectivity. I'm so frustrated I paying for a service that I'm not receiving. I cannot cancel as will have to pay the remaining of the contract.... paying almost R600pm for something that dtn even ****** work!!!!
So I bought a iron from woolies at pavilion store.... Phillips..... was about R600.... in December. In Feb this year the iron gave up. Just stopped working. I didn't keep the box but had my slip. I went to the store and reported that the iron has stopped working and I only have my till slip to as proof of purchase as i thought having proof of purchase was enough. I did explain to the manager that I do not have the box he said unfortunately the cannot do anything for me and refused to to assist without the box. I mean R600 is alot of money.... he refused to refund me. Very disappointed in woolworths.....
