i have purchased a cloud 9 mazanzi double bed base set from a very well known agent in Rustenburg on 17/11/2023 and paid R4 249. I was so happy to receive my new bed for old age (I am 65). In May 2024 I was experiencing problems with the bed, my whole body is aching and painful in the mornings, sadly to say.......... the bed was sinking in. I went to the agent and was told to lodge a complaint which I did and also contacted rest assured and they sent the marketer out to me which they replaced the mattresss only and had to pay another R2 216 direct to strandmattress to upgrade to Ruby 40th Mattress. (They assured me this bed will never give problems) All went well for a while, again experiencing problems of sinking in, sagging and squeaky all the time. On 11 December 2024 I sent a whats app to the marketer and said I'm not happy, no response. I've lodged a complaint on their website, got a mail from Sharon ****eran on 13 Dec 2024 with a reference nr 000572 to say they have received my complaint and the marketer will contact me shortly, nobody has contacted me as yet. My question is.... are they constantly going to replace the mattress which have a 2 year guarantee with 20/25 year service warranty and I must sleep uncomfortable and wake up with pain in the mornings?
